Preview: Two-way sync for Intercom

Since launching Ferndesk, the #1 request we've gotten is the ability to use Ferndesk with 3rd-party help centers.

Today I'm happy to share that this is now available in preview for Intercom help centers.

With two-way sync, you can:

  • find content gaps in your help center using frequently asked questions in support

  • draft and publish new articles to your Intercom help center in seconds

  • update outdated articles in your help center in bulk
