Introducing Content Gap Detection

Last week, we introduced a way for you to see frequently asked questions in your support inbox across different themes.

This week, we're launching a way to view which questions are answered fully by your help center and which ones aren't.

Every question detected by Ferndesk now includes a message from your AI Agent telling you what changes you can make to improve your help center.

  • βœ… If the suggestions look good, you can ask your agent to apply the suggestions in one click.

  • ❌ Otherwise, you can reject the suggestions and update the Agent's memory.

If you've already set up support trend analysis in your account, this should already be available to you.
