Something we can put in from of customers before they hit the contact form
Is there a way Ferndesk will stop people from asking questions that our docs can answer? One of the most important thing to me now is, if the documentation answers the customer's question, that question should not get into Fernand. In our contact us page for example, can we force people to first chat with an AI and if it doesn't have a solution then it creates a Fernand ticket? Just an idea, please let me know what you think.
